Common questions

Restore my purchase. On the Puzzles screen, tap the ••• button, then Restore Purchase.

Make a puzzle easier. Pick fewer pieces, such as 4, 9 or 16, and keep the hint picture on (the eye button).

Turn a piece. If you chose "Turned pieces", tap a piece to turn it. It only fits when it is the right way up.

Delete a puzzle. Touch and hold it on the Puzzles screen, then tap Delete.

Photo access. Piecely uses Apple's photo picker, so it needs no permission and sees only the photo you pick.
